MEMBERSHIP PLANS

1. Participant Member- This membership applies to homebuilders and developers who are actively building and developing new homes and communities in a specific market. Participant Members will be required to input their sales, traffic, and cancellation information on a weekly basis and will remain anonymous.
   
   Participant Members will be able to utilize the exclusive software to track their company's traffic and sales information and compare their information to the overall market information. Participant Members will also be able to view and participate on the message boards.

2. Non-Participant Member- This membership applies to those companies who are indirectly involved in the home building industry, such as mortgage companies, product suppliers, large banking institutions, media publications, and marketing firms. Non-Participant Members will not be required to input data information, and will have limited access to message boards.
